Planning
We will meet the team and start to identify high level project information, to understand project goals, constraints, assumptions, and scope. We will work on a series of documents that the team will follow throughout the project life cycle and will be part of the project management plan. These will guide the team's approach for all other phases of the project and will be living documents that will evolve as the project progresses.
Design Management
We will conduct the necessary tender to select all previously approved consultants and coordinate all design phases to ensure deliverables meet the costumer quality standards.
Project Management
We will monitor and control contractors activities and assure coordination with the design team; Manage and document change requests; Measure project progress by utilizing project management software and evaluate the current project schedule against the project baseline, which will be established during project planning.
Consulting
Specialized support in defining and resolving technical issues, through issuing opinions based on data analysis, raising hypotheses, and interaction with the various stakeholders.
