Our team managed the Nokia Lisbon consolidation strategy which included: design and fit-out of 5 floors of office space in new building (Alfrapark); reconfiguration of some spaces on each of the 5 floors of the existing building; relocation of Labs and Showrooms to spaces in new building and fit-out of tenant leased spaces on 3 floors of Alfrapark. Our team supported Nokia with the following services; Project and Cost Management, procurement of suppliers, professional services and contractors, and Change Management.
