The interior refurbishment of Nestle's campus, including an Office Building (13,000sqm) and Canteen Building (1,500sqm) in Linda-a-Velha. Due to a Sale and Lease back process, coordination between LL and Tenant was a key factor to approve design and financial investment. Integrated in a Campus, safety and security played a major role in Design. Core areas needed to be kept in operation during the refurbishment works to support to other client sites. Phased delivery with a move and change strategy prepared by our team.
