Refurbishment of Microsoft's 6,000sqm office in Lisbon for the CSS and GSMO business groups to accommodate the protected headcount growth. Our team provided; due diligence services, procurement of the architect, management of the design process, procurement of the contractor and IT, Security and A/V suppliers along with management throughout the construction phase to handover of the completed site and close out. The construction works are were done in 2 phases and with the client operations running.
