The new office space for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, with circa 200 sqm was delivered in 2 phases. The programme and GC selection took into consideration all the constrains in terms of working hours and accessibility requirements by Lagoas Park Landlord. Our team was responsible for the Project and Cost Management, procurement of suppliers, professional services and contractors, and coordination with the Landlord.
